Canvas Prints and Art Prints
Canvas prints and art prints are produced on demand through our global fulfilment network. This means your order is printed at the facility closest to your delivery address, reducing shipping times and environmental impact.
Production time: 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery estimates after production:
Europe: 3-7 business days. United Kingdom: 3-7 business days. United States and Canada: 5-10 business days. Australia and New Zealand: 7-14 business days. Rest of world: 7-21 business days.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Original Paintings
Original paintings ship directly from our studio in Málaga, Spain. Each painting is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, cushioned with protective foam, and placed in a custom-fitted box to ensure safe transit.
Production time: 1-2 business days for packaging.

Spain: 2-4 business days. Europe: 5-10 business days. International: 10-21 business days.
All original paintings ship with tracked and insured delivery.
Custom Commissions
Custom paintings and sketches have their own timeline based on complexity. Once your commissioned piece is complete and approved, it ships within 2-3 business days using the same careful packaging as our original paintings. Visit the commissions page for more details on the process.

Return Policy for Canvas Prints and Art Prints
You may return canvas prints and art prints within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition and returned in protective packaging. To initiate a return, contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Return Policy for Original Paintings
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The painting must be in its original condition, with no damage or alterations. Due to the high value of original artwork, we recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
Custom Commissions
Custom commissioned artworks are created specifically for you and are non-refundable once the final design has been approved. However, we work closely with you throughout the creative process — including providing progress photos and accepting feedback — to ensure you're completely satisfied with the result before completion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs showing the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. This applies to all product types.
How to Request a Return or Report Damage
Contact us via the contact page or email with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We respond within 24-48 hours and aim to resolve all issues promptly.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
