Where do you ship?
Orders ship to Spain, the rest of the EU and selected countries, including the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Japan. Original paintings and art prints ship from Málaga; canvas prints are printed on demand by our print partner. Standard shipping is free on orders of €100 or more to Spain and the rest of the EU. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are and what you order. Original paintings and art prints ship from Málaga within 2–3 business days; canvas prints are printed on demand and ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery then takes 5–10 business days in Europe, 7–14 in North America and 10–21 elsewhere. You'll receive tracking details in your confirmation email.
Is it a real painting or a print?
Each product page states what you are buying. Canvas prints and art prints are high-quality reproductions of Rocío's paintings. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works painted by hand in acrylic on canvas; you'll find them in the Originals collection. Rocío also paints custom commissions.
Can I commission a custom painting?
Yes! Rocío paints custom commissions in acrylic on canvas, based on your photos or ideas. Prices start from €400 for small works (up to 40×30 cm), painted in 3–8 weeks after you approve the preview, plus shipping. Visit the commissions page for details and to get a free quote.
What types of art can I buy?
You can choose from: Original paintings (one-of-a-kind acrylics on canvas, from €320), Canvas prints (reproductions on stretched canvas, from €70), Art prints (Hahnemühle cotton paper prints, from €20) and Custom commissions (from €400). Browse all options in the shop.
Do original paintings come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, every original painting by Rocío Arrupe includes a signed certificate of authenticity. This guarantees you are purchasing a genuine, one-of-a-kind work of art.
Can I see how a painting looks on my wall before buying?
Absolutely! Send a photo of your wall to info@rocioarrupe.com and Rocío will create a free digital mockup showing how the artwork would look in your space. This service is completely free and helps you choose with confidence.
